Diabetic Screenings
Diabetes screening & counseling is a service designed to measure a patient’s risk for diabetes. For most accurate results, it is recommended that you fast for 9-12 hours before testing. A blood test will be performed by obtaining a small blood sample from the patient’s finger to measure blood sugar levels.
This service is recommended for patients who may be at risk for diabetes and who are interested in better understanding their health so they can take steps to lead a healthier life.
Vaccinations
We also offer Flu Shots (Influenza) for our patients. The vaccine provides protection about 2 weeks after you receive it. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommend getting vaccinated each flu season as soon as you can.
